2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Yoorcut presentation website and its early access list, including the same website on our connected domains. It does not describe data collected inside the Yoorcut app. Information about app-specific processing will be provided with that service.
3. Information we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address, the signup time, the source of the signup and a record of the consent wording. An email address is required to join the list, but you can browse without signing up. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs. The signup endpoint temporarily uses a hashed IP address to limit repeated requests; this is not stored in the signup record.
4. Why we use it
We use your email to manage early access and send Yoorcut launch and access updates, based on the consent you give when signing up. We use necessary technical information to operate the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, these operational uses rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining a working, secure website.
5. Who can access it
Signup records are stored privately using Vercel Blob and are available to authorized people working on Yoorcut. Vercel provides hosting and storage services. We do not sell the early access list or use it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to address abuse or protect legal rights.
6. Where information is processed
YOORCUT INC. is based in the United States. The early access store is configured in Vercel’s U.S. region. Hosting and support may involve processing in other locations used by our provider. Applicable safeguards for international transfers depend on the relevant law and provider arrangements. See Vercel’s privacy notice and data processing terms for its practices.
7. How long information is kept
We retain signup information for as long as it is needed to manage early access and the launch updates you requested. You can ask us to remove your address at any time. Limited information may be retained where necessary to record an opt-out, comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention settings and operational requirements.
8. Your choices and rights
To withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or request access, correction or deletion, email contact@yoorcut.com from the address you used to sign up. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction or objection. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier processing based on that consent. You may contact the relevant data protection authority if you believe your rights have not been respected.
9. Cookies and tracking
We do not install advertising or analytics trackers in this website’s code. The font and visual assets are served with the website. Hosting security features may process technical data needed to protect the service. Read our cookie notice.
10. Children and updates
The early access list is intended for adults, not children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us to request its removal. We may update this policy as the website changes; the date above identifies this version.
